You can easily manage your subscription from within your account. Simply log in, go to the Billing section, and select the option to Cancel your plan, or contact support. Any changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle, and we’ll notify you of any prorated charges or adjustments.

We do not currently offer a traditional free trial. However, when you first sign up, you’ll receive 1 free credit to test the platform and experience how it works. If you have any specific questions or would like a demo, feel free to reach out to our support team, and we’ll be happy to assist you.

All our payments are processed through Stripe, which accepts a variety of payment methods including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and debit cards. We also support PayPal for certain regions. If you have any specific payment method requests or questions, please contact our support team.

We do not offer refunds for payments made, but we do offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for new users. If you are not satisfied with the service within the first 30 days of your subscription, you can request a refund by contacting support.
